I can't access my blog

    Hi

    I can’t access my blog or my WordPress account anymore (I had to create a new account to access this forum). Here is my blog: http://bienvenueducotedechezcyan.wordpress.com

    I lost my password (due to an update that went wrong) and I can’t reset it. I used the “password forgotten” and the “send me a connexion link” buttons but I never got any email back (I checked the spam).

    What can I do?

    (English is not my first language, I’m sorry if my post is not clear enough)

    Hi there,

    It looks like your email provider for the email connected to that site is blocking our password reset emails.

    Please contact support at your email provider for that email to find out why they’re blocking these emails.

    You can also try to email passwordhelp[at]wordpress.com from that other email address, and someone should be able to help you there.

    Thanks for your help!

    My email provider is asking for a screenshot of the problem to complete my help request or it can’t be sent. I obviously can’t do that since I can’t get any messages from WordPress… (weird, since I still get some other messages like newsletters from the blogs I suscribed)

    I took your advice and asked for help to the email adress you gave me. I hope they can fix my issue.

    That could have help, but I’ve been able to get a new password thanks to the mail adress from the previous post.
