I can't access my blog

  I’ve been trying to upload some new plugins and for some reason I wasn’t able to. When I looked for support online it said something that I needed a wordpress.org blog, not a wordpress.com. I went onto wordpress.org and ended up using the same account I had with wordpress.com, thinking it was the same. Somehow, I can no longer access my blog through wordpress.com or wordpress.org. I tried changing my login name and it didn’t work and I think I messed it up even more. When I’m on my blog through the hwdsb site, I can get jetpack to work properly because it’s not connecting with wordpress.com. Please help me correct this.

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install themes or plugins. Those with WordPress.org installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins.

  I don’t know much about blogs, this is the first one I’ve done, please forgive me if I’m a little confused. So, what I’m understanding is that on my blog with the hwdsb, I can’t upload new plugins or themes.

  I can’t find any WordPress.com accounts tied to your email address.

  Your site at http://onewish.commons.hwdsb.on.ca is a self-hosted WordPress(.org) blog, please note that we can only support WordPress.com blogs here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
