I can’t access my blog page

    Hi, I can’t access my blog page. I get a message that says it cannot open my page because they could not establish secure connection to the server. This has been going on for several weeks now

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there:

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    An ERR_SSL_UNRECOGNIZED_NAME_ALERT message indicates a problem with your site’s SSL certificate (a.k.a. the thing that adds https to your site). You should reach out to your site’s hosting provider for their help to fix your SSL certificate which will fix this problem.
