  Hi, I contacted you the other day and a member of you team said you were transferring me through to someone. I’ve waited 24 hours and I’ve still heard off of no-one. Poor service.

  There are many others who are waiting in threads tagged for Staff just like your original thread which is tagged for their attention. Staff deal with the threads tagged for their attention by dealing with those with the earliest date and time stamps first.
