I can't access my dashboard

I am unable to access my WordPress dashboard. There seems to be an error or problem with one of the plugins. I am NOT proficient in php or codes or anything. I was told my GoDaddy to contact WordPress to solve my problem. Here is the message that pops up:

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

I hired someone from Codeable to fix my problem. It turns out that I was using an outdated WordPress theme.
By the way, Codeable was extremely helpful (but not free).
