  I can’t log into my dashboard

  Hi endlesswoman1,

  Wish to check with you on these possible scenario.
  1. You get a total white screen after pressing the login button?
  2. You can see some icons after you press the login button but not the entire dashboard.
  3. You can see all your info, just can’t see the dashboard.
  4. Can’t see the page to type in your username and password.

  Depending on which scenario the problem is different.

  Specifically what URL are you trying to log into, and what error do you encounter?

  Currently we see nothing wrong with https://kreamboutique.wordpress.com/
