I can't access my dashboard and my grey bar is nowhere to be seen.

I can’t access my dashboard and I don’t have a grey bar anywhere. I’ve tried erasing my cookies and cache, multiple times and in different computers and Internet connections. When I try following the link in my blog’s admin section (/wp-admin), I’m redirected to my posts page (the one outside the dashboard). I don’t have the link with my name that appears when I hover over my avatar in the blue bar. I can only see the grey bar when I’m on the forums page and, even there, I can’t access my dashboard. I believe this is an issue with the account itself. I’m new in WordPress and I really need help. Thanks in advance.

What Browser type and version are you using and what type of internet connection do you have?
