i can't access my dashboard for renewal of my blog

  this is annoying and no one has been able to really just guide me how to renew my site. all i get is forums. can someone just contact me directly please? I know my site coachcyn.com is expiring for the last month. I cannot access my dashboard. I need to be guided how to renew this. I can’t find where to renew. They say that there is no billing history on the site I own. I am confused. please email me directly and help me.

  You need to be logged in as the WordPress.com user who owns the domain coachcyn.com.

  The account belongs to someone in your organization (I assume) named Cynthia, she’s the administrator on the site itself, and that’s really all we can reveal.

  Once Cynthia logs in with her account, she’ll be able to renew the domain, which expires July 30th.
