I can't access my dashboard. It gives me a 404 Error.

  Hello,
  Accidentally, I changed my blog URL from byampersand.com/blog to byampersand.com (on the settings) and now everytime I’m trying to access my dashboard, it gives me a 404 Error and when I go to my blog, the theme is all messed up and the content is not found.

  How can I change it again, if I can’t get to Settings?
