I can't access my Dashboard, it just shows a blank page

  I can’t access my Dashboard, it just shows a blank page. I think I deleted myself as the admin and now I don’t have access to my site. I’m totally new to WordPress and need a very simple answer. Do I have the option of reinstalling WordPress over my old site?
