I cant access my domain
-
https://harefaminvestment.net/ – I’ve owned this domain for 4 years. My son Desmond initially set it up but lost access to his email due to graduating college.
You just charged my Amex $300 for the subscription fee but I cant access the site to make updates. Please help me gave full admin control over the account. I’ve sent several messages, but no responses. Please help.

The support model is completely useless. I have been attempting to recover access to my website for the last several months and no one is assisting me. the help files are silly and also useless. how can I connect with a real person? the account was set up by my son who was in college and used his college email address to setup the account. Once he graduated he lost access to the email account. He is no longer able to work on the site, so I need to take full admin control over the site. By the way, you just charged my cc for the yearly subscription fee. Please help me gain access to my account, so that I can make updates to the site! https://harefaminvestment.net/

Hi there!
I just took a look and unfortunately, it seems that we don’t have any record of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into. But don’t worry, we still want to help you out as much as we can.
To get started, could you please provide us with the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ ? This will help us to identify the transaction and provide you with the assistance you need.
To find the transaction ID, you can check your bank statement for a charge with WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code.
For example: WordPress XXXXXXXXXX.
If you only see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.
If the charge on your bank statement doesn’t match this format, it’s possible that the charge wasn’t made on WordPress.com.
I hope this information helps you out! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you. Please find the transaction ID below.

Thank you in advance for your assistance with this.
