I can't access my new website jayneguertin.com

  I recently changed my gravatar, and afterwards, when I signed in to jayneguertin.com I couldn’t get on my website. It said the passcode was incorrect. I tried several times but had to change the passcode. Then when I signed in, my old flashcard fiction came up instead of my jayneguertin.wordpress.com or jayneguertin.com. Please please help.
