I can’t access my paid blog.
-
It’s not a matter of recovering an account, evidently. The lost site is associated with the same email address and account that I am using right now, but it is not listed with my sites for this account. The original purchase and activation emails FOR the account in question have gone to the email I am using right now, and the billing reminders and autopay notifications go to this email, but I cannot find or access my site. When I attempt to log in, I am told that the site is private and I must request access. But when I do request access, the request goes to the same email address from which I am requesting access, but which does not work for logging in. I only have this single email address.
I need to cancel this account, because I don’t need it anymore, but also because I can’t access it. I need to change the plan to free, cancel/delete the site, and to no longer be billed for the domain. Please help. I am going to stop payment for the next billing cycle, whether wordpress helps me locate and change/cancel my site or not.The site I need help with is toby.raabmusic.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

The automatically added final paragraph above is incorrect. It is hosted by WordPress.com, because it’s WordPress.com sending me communications about the bill.

AND, I am sorry, but I definitely clicked the option to not publicize the URL to my site, but there it is. And the address is incorrect. Please consider reinstating phone or email support.

Hi there,
Your site is under a different WordPress.com username account.
Log out of this account, then log back in using your Gmail address, but without any periods.
Gmail doesn’t care whether or not your address includes periods, but we do: you can create one WordPress.com account using a Gmail address without periods, and a completely different account using the same Gmail address with some periods added, because our system sees those as two completely different emails. That’s what you’ve done in this case.
