i cant access my site

  I cant go to my site and it shows following msg when i try to ‘visit site’ . can you please help me to fix this error .

  This site can’t be reachedheisensei.wordpress.com took too long to respond.
  Try:

  Checking the connection
  Checking the proxy and the firewall
  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
