I can’t access my site!

    I can get to my list of pages, but when I try to access them I get this:
    https://box2005.temp.domains/404.html

    It seems to be blocking me from getting in to my Admin page – what’s going on???

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:

    http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.

    Hi fresatomica;

    I’m hosted through Bluehost with a paid personal account and when I try to find it through Them, it says they have no record of my personal email, and of course the password doesn’t exist(!). The website I’m working on with WordPress (or trying to) is TheBikeSaver.com, if that’s any help. I’ll go back to Bluehost and see if I can’t figure out what’s what there, but any further help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

    The only site connected to your account is http://box2005.temp.domains/~thebikh6. Have you just recently changed the domain on that site?
    It might be best to reach out directly to Jetpack’s support from here. They should be able to provide more info :).

    I just contacted Bluehost and they were able to get me in; thank you though.
