I can’t access my site

  I have registered a free website in 2018 with you, but I can not access it as an admin, as I close my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email ( was jeopardised). Because of this, I had to make a new one with the same name which is not possible. I wish I could transfer my content from the other one here and close. Thus I will move to a payment plan here. Please help me and advise.
