I can’t access my site

    In my account when I try to access my site I get the following error: Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection

    When I try to access my website directly I get this error: This site can’t provide a secure connectionphotoorganizingwithjoanne.com uses an unsupported protocol.
    ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

    Hey there Joanne, can you reach out to your host? Jetpack won’t work unless the site is accessible, and the error you mentioned seems to be a problem with the SSL certificate. Your host can fix that for you.

    Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.

    You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to host here; your plan would get direct support.
