I can’t access my site

I haven’t accessed my site in over a year. It displays a ‘coming soon’ page. It has a linked domain name already. I want to buy a plan to restart, but can’t figure out how to do that — the Plans page just describes the plans but gives no purchase options.

Hi @martinahrens, it looks like you might have more than one account, and perhaps you’ve even connected more than one site by that name.
Are you able to log into the other account?
Also, to be clear, should martinahrens.com be hosted here with us?

I can access martinahrens.wordpress.com and cvsolutions.wordpress.com, but I want to access martinahrens.com. Right now, it has a coming soon landing page, and I can’t get past that. Yes, the martinahrens.com domain is hosted by you. I think I had a different login for martinahrens.com, but I can’t figure out what it was.

So, your other account would have a different connected email address than the one that is connected to the account you are contacting us from now. Do you happen to have another email that may be connected to a WordPress.com account that you could try?
