I can’t access my site.

I been through the Account Recovery process but no joy. Changed my password, added two step verification. It still say’s I don’t have a site.

Then that won’t help you gain access to a different account.
Log out from dougthebike and log back in with the correct username blackpeaktravel. Use the password reset for the correct account.

I’ve tried several times to use blackpeaktravel as the user name to reset the password, but no email comes to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) inbox, which is the address I believe is attached to the site. I did have (email visible only to moderators and staff) many years ago when I first set up the site, but that has been out of use for several years now.

That Gmail address is the one on the account you’re currently logged in to, and we don’t allow more than one account per email address, so it won’t be that.
The Paradise email is indeed the one on the account you’re trying to access.
