I can't access my site.

  My site is ‘www.thedogcolor.com’ It was fine till last week. I don’t know what I did to disable accessing my site. I need to view and edit my site. What can I do?

  When I try to open site I get following message, ‘Firefox/Safari detected that the saver is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.’

  Please help me. Thank you.

  Hello!

  From what I can see, your website is a self-hosted WordPress.org installation, hosted by Bluehost hosting provider. Is that correct?

  At this forum, we can assist only WordPress.com users and for the full difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, please check the following links:

  The best thing I can suggest would be to get in touch with Bluehost’s support team so that they can check what’s causing this issue.
