I can’t access my site

  I purchased this domain on wordpress five days ag, I have contacted support multiple times but I have not gotten any help yet. Nothing comes up on my transaction history, when I try to add domain says its already mapped to a wordpress site even though I’m using the same email I created it with this is incredibly frustrating.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This typically happens when you made that purchases on another account. To restore access to the account owning that site and purchase, you can use the transaction id as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  @staartmees, is right. That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. So, you can follow our Account Recovery guide to gain access to that other account of yours.

  hello, thanks for responding, I already filled out the account recovery form with my transaction ID two days ago and I haven’t gotten any responses . When I registered the domain five days ago, I got this message which I verified so I don’t know what you mean by the domain is owned by another account.

  Hey there,

  Thanks for reaching back out.

  The verification email address, (the domain contact details) can differ from the email address used with the WordPress.com account – hence the confusion.

  Are you able to access a WordPress.com account that uses a different email address?

  I see that you’ve submitted an account recovery form for that other account of yours. Our Accounts team will reply back helping you recovering access to it.
