  Hi,

  It’s not possible to change a site URL at Settings, so attempting to do so shouldn’t have affected your ability to access the site. Instructions for changing a site address (URL) may be found in the Change a Site Address support page.

  Have you tried accessing the site with an alternate browser or alternave device? Could be a browser issue.
