  Please help. Is something wrong with WordPress? I can’t even access help from my account. I live chats. I need to access my account. Where can I get help if there is no access and no telephone number?

  If the site that you are trying to access is the one above, it sounds like you need to reset your password if you cannot log in. Try going here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/.

  If that doesn’t work, you can try the Account Recovery Form: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
