I can't access my site or account

  Please help. Is something wrong with WordPress? I can’t even access help from my account. I live chats. I need to access my account. Where can I get help if there is no access and no telephone number?

  Have you tried using live chat support? https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ All sites with upgraded plans include access to live chat support. https://wordpress.com/help/contact At times when all operators are busy or unavailable, you’ll be able to get through to private email support.

  If you cannot access live chat support then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.   I cannot access the live chat. It keeps telling me “We had trouble loading the support information for your account.” So that’s a no-go.. So I guess it is modlook for me.

  Thank you. It worked in Edge, which I never use. I created it in Google Chrome and was fine. Don’t understand, but I am glad it works now. I was able to post again. Thank you very much.

  @supernovia, I’m sorry, I don’t understand your question. I can open and read the blog in Chrome, but I can’t access my account there, only Edge.

  I’m not sure why this reply never came through to me, @sideeyeprose; I caught it when a spammer replied. My apologies for not responding sooner.

  If it’s still broken in Chrome, my best guess is that a setting or extension is causing issues. I would try using a new Incognito window to see if you can duplicate the error there. We can help you troubleshoot accordingly. Also, please get a screenshot and upload it to your media library, then update us here.
