I can’t access my site or change my password

I am trying to access my site via http://www.laurenkroll.co/wp-admin.
I cannot log in and the ‘Lost your password’ button is not working. How can I access my website and reset this password?WP.com: Unknown

If your site is not hosted with WordPress.com, then you should make sure that you have the email address “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” set up as an alias to another working email address. You should be able to set that up via your hosting control panel.
Sometimes the “Lost your password?” email doesn’t arrive if there is no (email visible only to moderators and staff) address for it to come from.

where you see above “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” should say wordpress[at]yourdomainname

To add to what @gorillaza noted, I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Otherwise, you may want to contact your host for further support.

Thank you @gorillaza! I’m not sure I followed your instructions exactly, but I was able to access my site through my hosting and then reset my password under the dashboard!
