I can't access my site to update it

  I haven’t updated my website for a while and can’t access dashboard to update it….I’ve tried logging on and updating software but when I click on update link nothing happens,

  If it is http://www.artfocus.net.au/ then we cannot help you here and musicdoc1 has redirected you to the correct support forum.

  You are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs and those are the only sites our support docs refer to. Your site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we cannot help you here.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

  Thanks for the feedback…it is a wordpress.com site.
  At top of stats page is says that ‘Jetpack 3.3 is required’
  When I click on ‘Update now’ the link just goes to my site and no update has occurred and I can’t access my site to update information.

  You can’t use Jetpack, or any plugins on a WordPress.com website.
  Also, those with WordPress.com websites can not update their (blogging) software as you indicated you were attempting to do in the OP, and in your last post.

  You may have a WordPress.com website, but it is not http://www.artfocus.net.au/, which is hosted by iPage.
