  I also got cut off. I can’t access the contact chat for support. I just get blank loading screens.

  Can you tell us the URLs of the sites you’re trying to access?

  I don’t see any recent live chat sessions for the account you’re using to post here – this forum thread is the first support request in three years for your account.

  You do have a WordPress.com Business Plan, so you should be able to access live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  I just get blank loading screens.

  If that contact page isn’t loading, try clearing your browser cache and disabling any browser add-ons you’re using.

  Failing that, please check if a different browser or internet connection helps at all.
