I can’t access my website

    Hi.
    I haven’t accessed my website in a few years and I can’t remember my login details. I’ve tried the lost password option but I don’t have the necessary items to identify myself as the owner. Is there any way I can access my wordpress dashboard? I want to update my site and revamp it.

    Hi there,

    Do you remember your website address or URL of your site which you’ve forgotten login details for?

    @stevecumminscomedian     account is created a couple of minutes ago, If you had a WordPress.com site then do you remember the account which you’ve used to create it?

    If you have multiple e-mail address or old email accounts, try to reset the password and see if the site was the WordPress.com site.
    If you found your old account then go to > My Sites section that will show you all your WordPress.com site.
