  I can’t access my website:

  ): It says ‘Oops! That page can’t be found.’ but when I login to wordpress, I can access it. Please help!

  I have a similar problem, is it that you only can’t access the website when you write the name into a search engine? If you’ve had your site for less than 6 weeks, search engines might not have registered it. There’s a support post on this. https://en.support.wordpress.com/seo/

  Hi –

  The Welcome Page is still in draft mode. It’s set to be the front page of your site. That’s why the message is appearing.

  Go to My Site – Site – Pages – Welcome
  publish that page so it is live.

  The message should go away immediately. Write back if you need more help.
