I can’t access my website?
-
It’s been months and I still can’t figure out why I can’t access it. I paid for a theme but when I tried to log on through wp-admin it says my username and password won’t work. I requested a password reset but it says Lingobots which isn’t the same website and I reset my password anyway to be able to access this and it won’t work still. I am running out of ideas. I can’t reinstall it because I don’t know my key for the theme so I could loose it. I just need to be able to log on using wordpress and then I can see the key etc and make notes of it. This is a very strange situation. Maybe I used a different email. I can’t remember. This is the website as you can see it’s empty. I need to create it. https://www.theenglishcoyote.co.uk/

Hi there,
It appears that your website is not hosted with WordPress.com:
https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=www.theenglishcoyote.co.ukInstead, it shows that it is hosted with iPage, so getting in touch with them should help to resolve your issue.
For additional help with your theme, here is its page where StyleMix is at:

Hi I was able to access the envato website where I purchased the website but it doesn’t show the key I don’t know why.
I will contact ipage but because it is through wordpress they might tell me the same thing. -
Hi there,
The site you are referring to appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on iPage Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and iPage also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
However, the good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through iPage, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
You can ask iPage support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help. You can also find help for your WordPress site at this community forum: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Hope that points you in the right direction!
