  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  My password stopped working. I was only able to log in using my Apple account.

  Apologies – it is my website I am referring to – lorrainesurringer.co.uk. The host is Bluehost and I have received help from them saying that it is some free domain thing that is not compatible with another one which is causing the problems – so she is going to get rid of the free one which should right it in 24-48 hours. All very confusing to me as I don’t remember downloading anything. I’m a real novice.

  Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
