I can’t access my website

I have received multiple email notifications from WordPress that my site is experiencing technical issues. The email has three links for me to follow to resolve the issue. I can’t access my site by any of the three links provided. Please tell me how I can resolve the error that has been reported on my site.
On this site WordPress has provided a link to follow an Account Recovery procedure. The form requires me to provide proof of ownership, but I do not have any of my original emails that might contain a transaction ID or an activation URL or key. And I did not set up two-factor authentication for my site.
Can anyone help me?

I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
