I can’t access my website although I paid until July-August

    I am trying to add another administrator/editor to my site and I can access it via (email visible only to moderators and staff) (vickilindner.com) but when I try to change the site itself it says I have no site. I changed my email in the summer to (email visible only to moderators and staff) but the change didn’t seem to take place throughout the site. When I go into W My Site at the top of the page it says I don’t have one.

    I do not see any sites under your @lindner534 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  I do see that vickilindner.com is registered in our system, but is listed as being under a different login, and not your @lindner534 account.

    Have you forgotten the login details for your other account? If so, we are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

    However, you can fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and this will send all the info you have to our account recovery team.

    From there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns vickilindner.com.
