I can’t access my website and it’s tooooo slow to load

    Hi .

    I can’t access my new website. It is super slow to load and it doesn’t open the site.. it says “this site can’t reached” . I’ve tried accessing it on both my phone and laptop but still – I can’t access it.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there:

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    I can load your site with no issues. If you still have trouble, you should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and can better advise why you’re having trouble.
