i can’t access my website anymore

    Hi,

    I’ve been managing my website annemariemitterrand.net with your platform for years now and i can’t access it anymore. it says it’s registered with another wordpress account, how is that even possible? i assumed you were providing a secured service.
    can you explain to me what happened, i’m really not computer savvy but i need to get my website back online ASAP.

    it says it’s registered with another wordpress account, how is that even possible?

    WordPress.com is very secure. It looks like you have more than one email address and account with us, and you’re simply logged into the wrong account. Your other account is much older than this one.

    Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets comment notifications and what not, so you can try commenting on the site and checking all of your email addresses if needed. Or, log in with the address that gets renewal reminders.
