I can’t access my website to edit

    I’m so confused. I have a WordPress website called http://www.thecharacterguys.com that I haven’t edited for at least 6 months. I have the username and password but they don’t work anymore. When I requested to update password it was sent automatically to my gmail account. I updated and it lead me to an account I didn’t even know I had. Says I don’t have a website yet. ??? How can I gain access to my website again?

    While the site at thecharacterguys.com is a WordPress site, it is not hosted on WordPress.com. It appears to be a self-hosted WordPress site hosted at canadianwebhosting service. You could contact your hosting provider for support.

    On WordPress.com forum, we don’t provide support for local setup WordPress siteor self-hosted WordPress site.
