  I have lost my mobile device, so I can not pass the two step verification step. Thus now I am unable to access my website. So I created this new account to get to customer support.
  My gmail id is (email visible only to moderators and staff) Please help.

  That’s when you must use on of the backup codes you got and had to store on a safe place when you set up 2FA.

  Since you do not have access to your mobile device to go through two step verification, you can access your account using the Account Recovery Form.
  
  You can use the transaction ID of the renewal of the upgrades on the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
