I Can’t Access My WordPress Account

  Hi, I mistakenly deleted a file from my WordPress.

  I’m getting a feedback that instructions have been sent to my Admin email for a resolution. However, I didn’t get any email and my WordPress site is inaccessible.

  What can I do?

  Since what you described wouldn’t be possible on WordPress.com, I guess you’re talking about a WordPress site hosted elsewhere, we are not able to help with those.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
