I can’t access my WordPress dashboard

  After downloading two plugins (WP Super Cache and WP Rocket , this is what I see on my Dashboard and I can’t click anything else

  ”Warning!
  The file /home2/innovtechs/zuhaibmarket/wp-content/advanced-cache.php already exists. Please manually delete it before using this plugin. If you continue to see this message after deleting it please contact your hosting support.”

  In order to use plugins on WordPress.com our business plan would be required. That’s not been added to your account. This makes me think that your site is actually using the other version of WordPress. That is the open source WordPress.org software and help for it comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
