I can't access my WordPress site anymore

I can’t access my WordPress site on all my three devices. Others can see my website on their device. I can actually view my site on one of my iPhones but only when I’m not on wifi and using my mobile network. I’m currently abroad so it’s costly to roam on my mobile network. I need to view my site from my laptop
The error messages I keep getting is.’ An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made’
Please help, I’ve mailed WordPress several times to no reply and google hasn’t got a solution 😩😭

Hello there,
Are you traveling between insecure internet connections? It is possible you cannot reach the WordPress server from the country you are in due to a number of reasons, one being the internet connection you are using and its reliability (hence why you can access WordPress.com from your data plan).
I know there were outages in the north of Spain as of yesterday too. Could you check from a secured, reliable wifi hotspot?

Oh wow, thanks for your reply. I’m on a long trip to Spain so maybe that’s what is happening. I checked from another wifi spot and it’s still a problem. It would be good to find a solution soon,
