  I can’t even get into my login for my clients website after I installed a SSL plugin.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  It looks like your site is hosted by a third-party registrar as all the sites created with WordPress.com have SSL by default, You are in the wrong forum you should ask the above query in the WordPress.org forum.
