I can’t access my WP websites

Hi. I’m trying to get to my dashboard but, although my websites brightalian.wordpress.com and papelboliyvalencia.wordpress.com are still there, I can’t login. I’ve tried many times, I think I’ve had the same problem a long time ago and it was solved, but I can’t remember how. Thank you for your help.

Have you tried resetting the password for the account?
If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:
http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Please carefully follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email during the reset process, so make sure that you read it for instructions. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam folder, as well, because the confirmation email can end up there.

Thank you for your answer. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough. I meant that I enter with my credentials but it appears like I have no blogs, although the blogs are visible to me as a guest. Please ask if I should clarify the issue any further.

If you see the message that you have no blogs, then it means you’re not logging into the WordPress.com account that owns those sites.
You would need to log into the WordPress.com account that owns those two sites in order to manage them. If you set up this account under a different email address and you don’t remember that username or password, try the steps we gave above to reset the password and that should allow you to log back into your WordPress.com dashboard provided you use the correct account information.
