I can’t access notifications on dashboard of site listed above. It indicates there ARE notifications, but when I click on the ‘bell’ I just get a continuing circle as though there’s some kind of disconnect. Help, please?

  PS: I can access the notifications when using my Samsung tablet–but not here–if that helps in diagnosing the issue. Also, I use Chrome. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

  Update: I can access notifications when I’m on the Reader…but still not from the dashboard. That’s doable, but still doesn’t make sense to me.

  The first thing to rule out is a browser issue:

  Can you check if clearing your browser cache makes any difference?

  Also check if you have the same issue if you use another browser, like Edge or Firefox.
