I can't access reader

  Hello, I can’t access the reader. Haven’t been on for a few weeks and have never had a problem before but now keep getting ‘page not found’ message.

  The blog I’m having problems with is thelandroverownerswife

  And I’m viewing via my windows phone.

  The reader should load automatically if you view https://wordpress.com/ while logged in.

  Is that what you’re trying to view?

  I was trying to view it via the reader icon on my dashboard. I can’t get it to load whichever way I try. Even your link above comes back to the ‘We’re having trouble loading’ message

  Ok, first please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  As far as I can tell Edge is up to date (Windows phone) I’ve cleared my cache etc to no avail 😭😭

  Do you have access to another device or browser you can check with?
