I can't access the backend of the blog.

  I setup a blog 2 mths ago, and now the blog has been upgraded to 3.3. But it quit doing so halfway and now I can’t access the backend of the blog.

  You are in the wrong forum. On WordPress.COM the upgrades are automatic!
