  Hi @jcfiset, is the site you’re trying to log into hosted here with us? If so, here’s how we can help you regain access:

  If you’re trying to access an installation at another host, make sure you’re using its wp-admin address to log in. If that doesn’t help, I’d recommend asking your host for help with these steps:
