Hi there,
What is the address of the site you are referring to? I do not see a site under the account you are reaching out from.
Please note that these forums provide support for WordPress.com hosted sites. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software, we won’t be able to provide direct assistance because we do not have direct access to any site hosted outside of WordPress.com. I would recommend contacting your webhost, as they would be able to directly assist.
Thanks!

Hi @leowestcomp I can see here that your site is hosted with the company Gabia, you need to contact them which you can do from here
hey @akummelehneb62097151f As you mentioned, your site is hosted with Wix, you’d need to contact them to gain access to the account that manages this site.
Hope this helps! -
I want to get info off my old word press site, tho. A job application was submitted during the switch.

Is it a problem with the WordPress site? Or is it a host server problem? I think the site broke when I turned on the WordPress cache plug-in
