  Hello…..I need help…I purchased evitamins.online

  I want to rearrange and add new content…..I am stuck with the user name/password…I was told by the seller who created these to use the following to open

  username [redacted]

  password [redacted]

  this does not work nor does the new username and password I was told to redo on the login page….help…I have no access to my website

  Hi there,

  As @shubhamgmath already said, your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by interserver.net. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
