  can u help me , in my case

  I’m so sorry I don’t know how to deactivate this account
  because my email to create this site is deactivate
  and I forget my password to login in my WordPress blog

  Hi there,

  Only the owner of a site can initiate to delete a site.

  This support page explains how to delete a site:

  If you don’t have access to the account that owns the site, first you will have to recover that account:

  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  In your case, I think the best place to start is the Account Recovery Form: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Please note:

  In the event that it isn’t possible to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, access to the account cannot be granted for security purposes.

  You also mentioned how to deactivate this account. In case you didn’t mean ‘how to delete the site’, here are instructions on how to close your account. If you are not able to access your account though, you will need to start with Account Recovery first as well.
