I have a website (jarirbookstore.net) when i login to my account by email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) then i get message: Message sent to phone number ending in 41
But the message did not arrive to my phone [redacted]Could you help me please to open my account and use dashboard of wordpress

Are you sure the registered mobile number is the same as your active number?
Sometimes, some apps may block automated calls or SMS. Please make sure do not have any such apps installed.Did you have backup codes generated at the time when you activated two-step verification?

I have backup codes generated but when i use any one i get this message:

Are you trying to login at http://www.jarirbookstore.net/wp-admin and not receiving a code? Or were you having trouble logging in at https://wordpress.com? I noticed you disabled two step authentication on the account you are contacting us from, a few hours ago.
Just let me know and we can go from there.

I tried to many to login at t http://www.jarirbookstore.net/wp-admin, I have a user name & a password, but when i use them then i get message i should enter the Verification code, that i receive it by my phone number, but the problem i did not receive any code until now, i request the code every day but no any code sending to my phone number, my phone number ending in 441.I tried to disabled two step authentication on my account, also no result

when i go to http://www.jarirbookstore.net/wp-admin then it redirects me to other lonk to wordpress account: https://wordpress.com/log-in, here is the problem i need the verification code.

Hi, I recommend trying to log into each of those accounts, and sorting out which one is having trouble with the login codes.
Then, use the account recovery form for that account.
